Maintenance, Repair, Support Plan Media Support Group provides support for all our design and installation projects. We will do our best to meet your needs in product support and service. If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment you purchased from our company, please contact us at 806-785-3600, and request Greg Pare. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Any problems arising as a result of a design or installation within the first 30 days will be corrected at no cost to the customer. On-going maintenance and repair, after the first 30 days, will be handled in a timely manner at a charge to the customer according to the Media Support Group rate sheet. Three service technicians are available. With few exceptions, our service technicians will respond to your needs within 24-48 hours. The customer is responsible for warranty registration on all new equipment and for warranty-related requests from the manufacturer. Statement of Guarantee: (Vendor will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a products is discontinued.) |
